Sealed Bids for the construction of:
STOUGHTON COMMUNITY CENTER AT RAILROAD BUILDING PROJECT

in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by: Drummey Rosane Anderson, Inc.
hereinafter called the Architect, will be received by: Town of Stoughton
hereinafter called the "Awarding Authority" or "Owner"

 Each Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for the category of work and dollar amount of this Project. This includes DCAMM certification in Historical Building Restoration for the General Contractor.

 Each Bidder must submit a copy of the Certificate of Eligibility from DCAMM showing that it is eligible to bid on the Project. Each Bidder must also submit a DCAMM Update Statement with its bid.

Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below and bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub­ Bidder's Update Statement.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 11am, February 19, 2025, at the Stoughton Railroad Building, 45 Wyman Street, Stoughto11, MA. All bidders are invited to a/fend and shall meet at the main entrance of the building.

Contract Documents may be obtained by 9:00 am, February 5, 2025.
Bidding Documents will be made available electronically via the online plan room at Andrew T. Johnson. https://www.andrewtjohnson.com/jobs/public
